SUMMARY

During the month of April, we conducted some experiments with a DSP on Mac. We wanted to integrate it with an image recognition module. Inspired by the operation of the Theremin (an electronic instrument from the last century used to control a waveform with hand movements), the idea was to control audio playback using gestures in front of the webcam. This application allows users to control a DSP (Digital Signal Processing) using physical gestures in front of a webcam.

This idea is primarily aimed at facilitating signal processing for users such as DJs or live performers.
